ADT Mississauga

Our home was robbed. The ADT system notified the police; however, the siren failed to go off after the keypad (which is separate from the main panel) was ripped from the wall. ADT put a temporary keypad in place and charged me $350! Can you believe it...their system FAILED and they charged me! I called customer service the day after to express my outrage; however, I was bounced around from person to person for days, nobody of which was willing or had the authority to credit me the amount, never mind take accountability for the fact the system FAILED! We felt robbed by ADT no different from the break-in. I will never use or recommend this company.
