service is always down. cameras dont work. dont record. we have ONE door monitored and even then we stopped using the service and continue to pay this outrageous price. we signed a contract in 2016 and assumed that when three years was up we'd cancel. well I looked at the contract and the young fellow wrote down 2021 as an end date. so now I have to fight that. wonderful. stay away from. do not call them. shop around, I did browse around and found some others are half the price and dont always lock you in to a contract for longer than the 2 years. after 2 years, different companies offer and give discounts. If I could go back in time and change things I most certainly would.
