We needed a weatherproof side door fur our home and we went through Home Stars to review our options. I had reviewed many other companies prior to settling with VND Windows and Doors. Vito was courteous and honest and he was considerate of our needs and helped answering questions that I had asked about materials used etc. His approach was thorough and he took the time to explain and was gracious to not push anything that we didn’t ask for. His pricing was to what we were budgeting on and there were no hidden fees after placing the doors. The only issue was the timeframe in which we had to wait due to delays during the current situation in 2021. Vito would keep us up to date with expectation of delivery. Vito and his partner did an excellent job! Vito scheduled the date and time and he was right in time! Vito and his partner took the time to dismantle the old door and was helpful in moving out a dryer to accommodate the new door. Both were meticulous in their preparation and took the time prior to delivery that we had everything we needed for them yo install the new door. Vito was professional and considerate to answer any more questions we had about the new door. We were very pleased with the outcome as he put everything into its original place and it was all completed as expected. I will definitely be using VND for my next project and I would recommend this company and say that you start here as it will save you a great deal of stress and you’ll be happy you came to Vito first. By far best price and a very good company!
