This is the only roofer you’ll need
After meeting 15-20 roofing companies, over more than a year, I finally settled on Universe Roofing Ltd. to replace my shingled roof. They weren’t the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive, but they were by FAR the very best. Erion is the only person who understood the condensation issues I was having related to my flat roof. (A whole other long story). His crew showed up at 8am on a Saturday, and were done by 1:30pm. They protected all of my outdoor spaces, removed 3 layers of old shingles, replaces 75% of the plywood, replaced the shingles and vents, and cleaned up. They left my yard cleaner than when they started. I really can’t recommend Erion and Universe Roofing Ltd. enough. Erion is an honest, hard working contractor. He invests his time in managing a crew that won’t smoke/drink/use drugs on his watch. Roofers come with a bit of a sketchy reputation- you will not get that from Erion and his crew. They are all very professional. You will not be disappointed.
