Andre is known for using cheap products and charges for high quality.
Dimmer switched flicker frequently.
Andre is very rude and unprofessional.
I would never recommend this company to anyone period.

Basement Renovation

Basement Renovation review in Kitchener

At the beginning of 2019, we needed electrical work done to finish our basement and were recommended to Connected Trade Services. Full electrical work was started and finished within 7 days. We needed electrical work done for a kitchen, living area, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Very compact space but Connected worked well within our limitations. Any concerns that arose on our part were listened to and advised upon.

5/5 would recommend! Strong customer service skills and extensive knowledge on Connected's part made the experience one worth repeating.
