When they were asked to submit, that is, WSIB and Liability insurance. They were never sent it - they may not be properly insured. They ignored my request and showed up at the building regardless.

My restaurant had a fire damage a year ago. Mr. Sung the General Contractor did all woks just like he promised. My family and I really impressed with him and his works. For now, even our regular customers are happy with this. I really appreciate Golden lake and Mr Sung. Strongly recommend for renovation, restoration even building someone’s house.

Golden Lake construction did the entire home renovation to our 40 year old two-bed room condo unit. We wanted the unit to be more open overall and spacious. The unit had a closed kitchen and we requested the kitchen to be opened and installed island which installed with stove and cooktop. Also requested the exisiting sunroom to be removed and extended the living area. Replaced the entire unit floor with engineered laminate. My wife and I are happy with the excellent quality of the work. Peter is very knowledgeable and delivered the work within the scheduled timeline. We definitely recommend Golden Lake Construction for any renovation work and actually we did recommend the company to many of our friends.
