We received a red tag from Enbridge and needed to quickly get our external gas pipe double wrapped before Enbridge cut off our gas. The gas pipe entered the house through our finished basement ceiling - the guys from City Energy made minimal cuts in the drywall and quickly addressed the issue. They also added a support for our external gas pipe because it was missing. They sent the details of the fix to Enbridge that same night and we received confirmation that our red tag was removed soon after. Really appreciated their quick timing as well - they offered to come fix the issue the day after I first gave them a call.

Bob and Hamid installed our new gas range. They were here at the exact time and did the work efficiently. They were friendly and professional. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call them in the future. We were very pleased!

I thought I had bought a natural gas BBQ from a home improvement company and needed it hooked up, gas line checked for leaks, etc. I put out the request and was contacted by City Energy Heating and Cooling within 10 minutes. They quoted me $220, which we agreed upon, and someone arrived at my house within 2 hours!!

Turns out the home improvement company screwed up and actually sent the propane version of the BBQ rather than the natural gas version I ordered. So the lovely gentleman from City Energy Heating and Cooling only charged me $50 for his time (which was more than fair) and I told him I'd be back in touch when the home improvement company corrects their mistake and sends me the proper BBQ.

Bob & Hamid arrived quickly my after-hour support requests. They thoroughly checked all gas pipes and joints throughout my property (inside and outside) with hightech gas leak detector. They quickly identitified the leak, fixed it and patiently check to ensure there's no more leak. They clamped the damaged pipe so we have hot water through the night and fixed it professionally the very next morning. I would highly reccommend them for their professionalism, workmanship, and services.

When we needed to replace a furnace in a limited space , we obtained three quotes. City Energy Heating and Cooling was not only the most affordable, but came up with the best possible configuration for the ductwork. The installation was well done and professional. We have use them twice for repairs on a different furnace. Both times they arrived within a few hours of our call and repaired it affordably, without trying to upsell us on a new furnace. I needed it to be done within the day and he accommodated the request. Hamid who did the work was knowledgeable and very professional. He had all his tools and necessary extras required to complete the job. He was compliant with the necessary COVID-19 safety precautions.
