Sean, James and the rest of the crew are the best team anybody could work with. My project had a deadline, but they assured me they would deliver within the period specified and to my greatest delight, they did satisfactorily. James was very friendly and respectful of our time as well as space. Capital Royal Renovations comes highly recommended by me.

Andy and his team were wonderful. They made our vision come to reality. Every aspect of the reno was wonderfully done. Our house now feels like a home. We get compliments every time we have visitors. I will definitely call Andy for my next project! Excellent craftmanship!

We’ve had the best experience with Capital Royal Renovations. Andy and his team are very professional, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. We started off with a powder room due to the Covid-19 restrictions (his team is always masked-up) and we’re so happy with the results that were now working with them for other renovation projects. I highly recommend reaching out to Andy for all of your renovation needs.

A friend refered us to this company. I first set out my priorities for the job: warm, dry, durable and sound dampening. From there, they helped me find the ideal floor-plan (which ended up much better than what I had in mind). An estimate was made and agreed upon and I was to be notified of any change or decision that would affect the final price.

The entire crew was highly skilled, professional and curteous. Throughout, they were respectful of our baby's nap schedule. I want to point out that they were accomodating of my request to switch to dricore just before the floors were put in. When the work was finished, they returned and fixed the handful of small defects I found.

In the end, the final cost was precicesly what I expect and the basement was even better than I had hoped. The company has my full trust and I'll be going to them exclusively for future work.

I thought it would be a great idea to buy a condo and do a major bathroom renovation just before Christmas.... in a global pandemic. Luckily I found Andy at Capital Royal Renovations who undertook this challenge with success. He found the right trades people and responded with ease as I added or changed elements of our original plan. The bathroom is beautiful. Capital Royal Renovations handled my full kitchen renovation, along with two bathrooms. I had never undertaken a renovation on my own so was a bit nervous, but Andy and team were very reliable, honest and trustworthy. The project was completed within the timing and budget agreed upon, even with the extra pressures/constraints of the pandemic. We used Andy and Royal Capital Renovations for our bathroom renovation project.

The project consisted of combining a very small en-suite bathroom and a main bathroom into one.

Andy and his team were incredible. Andy was on site every day ensuring the project was advancing as expected with our timelines.

His staff were on time, extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire project. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day.

Project was delivered at cost and almost on time (small delay by a few days due to Covid19 for certain materials arriving.
