After using Ali in the summer for an A/C repair I called him today again as our furnace started making a really loud noise. He was over in 15 minutes and quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. Once installed the noise stopped and we were back in business!

Our old furnace decuded to packed it in on a Friday night. Proland came 2 hours after our initial call to them on a Saturday. Service call confirmed the issues and it made more economical sense to replace vs repair. Proland then installed our new furnace the next day which was a Sunday. Service was excellent, efficient and thorough and got our heat going in quick fashion whi h was needed as it was mid January. Pricing was very fair and the Team was clean and organized. Highly recommended Proland.

We woke up to no hot water on a Sunday morning. Upon submitting an urgent request in Homestars, Proland called within 5 minutes and came to the house an hour later to fix the issue in only 30 minutes. We were very thankful for the service - thats exactly how you handle an emergency! Ali took the time to explain his work and also made some recommendations for future maintenance in the furnace room. Will definitely be using Proland in the future and would recommend to anyone.

I found ProLand from their reviews on Homestars and because they were near to my location. Called Ali in the morning and he was here a few hours later. I had tried replacing the capacitor myself but it didnt fix the problem. Ali quickly was able to identify that the gas had a leak and topped it back up and fixed the valves that were leaking. He was also very helpful with questions about some other issues we had in the house and took the time to answer everything. Great honest service and definitely recommend!

Ali was the first technician to call me. First he invited me by phone to try a couple of procedures that would enable to fix my thermostat. After determining that it was indeed defective, Ali came that same evening after normal business hours and installed a new premium standard thermostat. He also gave me tips on cost effective filter alternatives for my furnace and instructions (by demonstrating) on how to properly hose down my central AC unit Outstanding service by a real gentleman.

Ali came out the same day and got my furnace back up on a very cold day. The replacement part arrived a few days later and Ali finished the repair job and gave me some great tips for the thermostat settings.

Ali was really incredible, and went above and beyond.

He supplied and replaced our thermostat and then helped us understand other reasons why we might be having some issues with our air flow in the house. He helped us with our filters and letting us know certain things we need to do when we change from heating to cooling.

I would highly recommend hiring him. He's patient and kind and very thorough at explaining what you need to do.
