Great job - I called at 10am for a leaking AC unit, by 2pm everything was fixed and perfect. Friendly, good service, good advice, helpful admin keeping me posted on when the repair person would be coming. Will definitely use this company again!

Really good service which is rare these days. Took the time to come inspect what we we wanted done and offer suggestions even late on a Friday evening. Customer service was great from the office staff to the technicians. Very pleased with the work that was done at a reasonable price and how well they were able to relocate the unit as close as possible to the corner next to the stairs.

Electric hot water tank needed replacing. It was 26 years old! Guys arrived on time were very polite and cleaned up the work area. It was over and above our expectations. A job well done.

…After my furnace had stopped working, I called ‘Smile HVAC’ - their specialist was punctual and showed up in time. An inspection of the furnace was done quickly and efficiently.
Gennadiy answered all my questions explaining technical aspects in a very knowledgeable, clear and understandable way. We also discussed pricing for all possible options. His knowledge of industry trends, solutions and brands was very impressive.

There was no any pushing towards any option or brand name, so by the time he left I possessed all information needed to make an informed decision. I took my time and did some research to confirm that all information I got was correct and pricing was fair. Our decision was to replace the furnace for a new Lennox elite version.

Next morning Gennadiy and his partner showed up in time and all work that included furnace replacement and pipe reconfiguration was done extremely efficiently. In few hours my home was warm and brought to life thanks to ‘Smile HVAC’ diligent and thorough work. They left work place very clean as if it was intact.

I was happy with our service, kept informed and was happy with our service, I would recommend them, Genadi is very educated in his knowledge and gave me a lot of information for future problems I may come across.

When our Furnace suddenly stopped working in the middle of the night, we had to find a company to replace it and in a hurry. We found Smile HVAC through Homestars and we couldn't be happier we did. They were fast, reliable and professional. After they assessed the situation they gave us all our options through a very thorough explanation. They were also kind enough to provide us with portable heaters to use until the furnace arrived and was installed. Our Installer Sukiram was very professional and helpful and did a great job answering all our questions.
