Modify Air

We called Modified Air for the first time to repair a malfunctioning furnace, and were very happy with the professional, responsive and accommodating service we received from Milad and Andy. Our furnace is on the roof of our building which is not easy to access, but Andy managed to get up there with very little trouble and with a smile on his face. The problem was identified quickly and the price was extremely reasonable. They made the experience stress-free!

Technicians are always on time. Tell you about exact cost. Give you different solutions with different budget. Give you detailed price and cons about different options. Technicians even work extended hours in my case past 11 pm to keep your place warm and comfortable.

I was very pleased with the level of service and professionalism from Milad, Andy and Luke. The original request was to exhaust the kitchen fan outside, but as soon as Andy came, he spotted a potential fire hazard with my dryer vent and immediately explained the risks and worked to correct the issue. They explained everything in detail and completed both projects in a reasonable time with no disruptions. I was very satisfied with the clean work .

Our A/C stopped blowing. Andy was on site within two days. He had to work in the attic which was like a sauna. Reasonable price to replace the broken component in the attic and clean the outside unit which had not been serviced for many years. He had some good advice and was very pleasant to work with.
