The Modify Air team really stepped up in the heat of summer. Andy and his teammate came by and swiftly dealt with my AC issues.

I would love to use them for my future HVAC needs.

Andy and his partner were great! Very professional, informative and friendly . The work was done and everything cleaned up perfectly. I have a very long dryer vent that goes behind my furnace, and wasn't sure if it was able to be cleaned easily, but this team did a great job despite the difficulties.

Milad and his team replaced my 30 years old humidifier with a new one and repaired my boiler switching relay buzzer noise.

Milad responsed quickly to my initial request, came and visited the next day and provided a very reasonable quote. He prepared the agreement, ordered the parts and installed it ahead of the date he promised. While his team was installing the humidifier, they also fixed my boiler switching relay problem. His team left with a clean site and the entire process was very smooth.

I would not go with anyone else but Milad's team for any HVAC problems in the future.

Heat wasn’t circulating through the rads.. Called and spoke with Malik who dispatched Andy who was prompt call and very thorough.
Discovered the issue, ordered the part and Andy was back with the same professionalism to install the new part. There was a delay for getting the part. Malik was always communicating throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them, most pleased.

I spoke with Milad on the phone and was very impressed with how our conversation went. I explained the problem that I had with my dryer and we worked out a solution over the phone. He was able to squeeze me in for an appointment the same day which was a great bonus. Andy arrived a few hours later and cleaned out our dryer vent which had never been done. He cleaned the dryer and the area around it before installing the lint trap. He was very professional and explained everything so that there were no surprises. Overall I was very impressed with the level of customer service and work that I received from these guys. I would totally recommend them 100%. Thank you so much!

Andy and his assistant got here right on time despite not-great weather and did quick and efficient work on our dryer vent. He even showed me how to keep it cleaner between the occasional professional cleaning. I have the feeling our dryer will be working much better from now on!

This company provided efficient, clean and quick service. The technician observed and repaired a gas line issue that was potentially dangerous.
