Thompson Homes Design should not be trusted. He is not a licensed contractor, his trades do very poor work. His framer work is terrible and will not pass inspections Do not believe anything Thompson Homes says to you. He will not give you a contract or invoices for work done. He does not have a business license. If you are thinking of hiring this person/company don't. The owner/only employee is a very difficult person to get along and makes issues everywhere he goes. He does not have any experience to build anything. He basically sabotaged our entire project right from the start causing us to terminate him and now go through civil matters. This company should not be allowed to conduct any business. He has no trades and just hires people as he goes.
