We are firm believers that your house should be stylish, comfortable and a true reflection of who you are.
We believe in transparent pricing. All our our design work is priced as a flat-fee per square foot of space so that you'll know exactly what you'll pay before any work begins.
We also provide our full-service design or decorating clients with a 10-15% discount on any home furnishings, lighting, rugs, fabrics, or case goods purchased through our studio. This savings alone usually exceeds our fee, meaning you can work with a designer for less than it would cost to do-it-yourself!

Every decorator and designer may have a slightly different process, but let us walk you through ours.
STEP 1: We meet at your home for a complementary design consultation
We will ask you to have a bit of homework done before this meeting by gathering some photos that inspire you.
During this gathering, we will ask a lot of questions to better understand how you use the space, who in your family will be using it most.
We will also seek to understand your style, hear any ideas you may have, and gather measurements on pieces and finishes that you may want to keep in the room.
If at the end of this meeting you feel it's a fit, and we feel it's a fit, we will walk you through our agreement and ensure you understand each piece so you're comfortable getting started.
STEP 2: We pull together the initial design and present a style board
This board will show furnishings, accessories, colours, and textures that we envision in the design.
At this point, don’t feel that you fully have to “get” what the final room will look like. That will come in the next phase.
The point of the style board is simply to get a feel for what pieces you like and don’t like and ensure we’re on the same page when it comes to your design.
STEP 3: We will create a 3D drawing of what your room will look like
This is where you really see the design come to life as you’ll see how the furniture, textiles, and finishings will be used throughout the space.
Again, we will work with you until you feel it’s just right.
STEP 4: Our Project Management team gets to work
Upon approval of the 3D Model, fabrics, and pieces in the room we will begin ordering and booking labourers.
You will work with our project manager though this phase as they coordinate every last detail of your room.
STEP 5: We install the design and turn the room back over to you
Once we have confirmed arrival dates (can take a few weeks from suppliers), we will schedule your installation and any necessary trades.
We can arrange storage, cleaning, and anything else you may need to prepare the room for your install date.
How long an installation will take depends on the complexity of a design and which room it's in. It can take anywhere from 1 day to 4 weeks.
