Richard was prompt, professional and polite. He answered all our questions patiently. The treatment he used took care of the wasp hive very effectively. It was in a tiny gap where the hive wasn’t visible or reachable. Richard continued to follow up with us over the course of the week to check if we had any issues. Would recommend the service.

Richard is an excellent communicator, very responsive, respectful with great customer service. He was able to do 2 treatments, 2 weeks apart to eradicate the bed bugs. We haven't seen them since.

We had hornets nesting inside the external vent of my bathroom exhaust fan. Called DARN and they were here within a few hours. The service was prompt, professional and friendly. Furthermore they followed up the next day to check on things, having previously guaranteed the work.

I had this company out to my house to treat a wasp nest that was between the window and the brick. They arrived on time. Explained the procedure. Was professional. I would highly recommend this company.

I hired Richard for pest control and he was very professional He replied quickly to all my concerns and was untime for the application and explained the process.
He’s also a customer service person I would recommend DARN.

Called DARN and Richard came out the next day. He efficiently removed a huge hornet nest located abut 30 feet up the wall. He was very friendly and explained as he worked. The fact that his price was considerably less than another company we called, means that we would definitely call him again if needed.

Called DARN pest control had paper wasps at the corner of my house under soffit 2 storeys high (20 ft.). Richard was very knowledgeable and professional when I called. Richard was Excellent! He was quick to call me after my request and came down the very next day. I mentioned i had a bee/wasp hive on my garage door. He called me upon arrival and by the time i opened the door he had removed the hive and sprayed down my entire garage doors. He was priced very very fairly in comparison to the other quotes. He is very honest and hard working and gives honest opinions. High Recommend Him and his expertise.
