I'm very confused by these rave reviews as I had a terrible experience with this company. I hired them to replace my furnace because of all the great reviews here. I can't even believe these are the same company as so many things went wrong with my furnace replacement. I don't think I've ever written a review before, but I am writing this one because the reviews here are so different from my experience. Just as a short summary: On the day my furnace was supposed to be replaced they called and said they did not have the parts and couldn't complete the job. They did this again the next day. On the third day they came with the furnace. The job should have just taken a few hours, instead it took 10 hours. This was one of the coldest days of the year and we were without heat for all that time. At the last minute they said our thermostat wouldn't work with the furnace and made us buy a new thermostat. When they finished they left a huge mess - footprints throughout the house, a furnace room full of nails, and left lots of garbage behind including a bin of what seemed like gravel or cement and parts from the old furnace. They said they'd pick up the garbage the next day but never came back. I ended up calling another furnace company as I was concerned they hadn't installed it correctly. It turned out that while the furnace was mostly ok, they had disconnected the energy-saving features, turned off my humidifier, and done something very strange with the wires of my air conditioner. We also learned that there had been no need to replace the thermostat, our old one would have worked fine, the technician just didn't know how to connect it. I had to pay this other company to tell me about all this and to address these issues. All in all, a very bad experience.
