Simcoe Roofing Solution

In October 2018 came out to repair my roof due to a wind storm, Simcoe did 2/3 of the job but never finished it and left all the debris Contacted them several times said once they would come down never showed up. The job was paid in full. After many calls finally contacted the Better Business Bureau see if they could help They send out two letters and Simcoe never responded All I want is for Simcoe to come up and finished the work and clean up the debris

Hired Simcoe Roofing to do my roof. I received four quotes. This company was by far the best price. The workmanship was amazing. Even with the bad weather around the time of install they always stayed in contact and got the work done in the time frame they told me. They worked late night into the night some days to make up for the bad weather they have no control of. It just shows there dedication to their customers to make sure they are happy and the job is completed with perfection. Would recommend this company over and over. I had Aaron from Simcoe Roofing Solutions come out and give us a free estimate, first off his estimate was extremely lower than other estimates i received. At first I was a bit nervous that the quality wouldn't be up to par, but i was so wrong, Aaron and his team tore off my old roof and installed a completely new roof on time and on budget. I called Simcoe Roofing Solutions for an estimate and the sales rep came out the next day to give me a quote. Their price was very competitive. The job was started and completed in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the quality of work. Thank for taking the time to help me choose a colour that matches so nicely with my brick. My roof looks great.

Aaron came gave me a price and signed a contract on August 27/18. Said they couldn't come for 2.5 weeks. Was supposed to come three times didn't show came Oct11/18 asked for 500.00 deposit for material said his guys would be at my house on Oct15-16/18 too do the job for sure 100%. Didn't show. That was 7 weeks. Texted Aaron and fired him and asked for my money back. He said he would return my 500.00 and hasn't to this day. Supplied no materials and did no work and still has my money. My husband and I hired Simcoe Roofing Solutions and We are very pleased with the service they provided. Aaron and his team did a great job putting on our new roof. The set up and clean up was very thorough. They covered my garden with tarps to protect my plants and temporarily removed my lawn ornaments as to not damage anything.
