I had a lead from one of my showers and needed to get the shower recaulked. Dimitri & Andrei answered the call. They asked lots of questions to get a good idea of what the job would be, they then were able to give a rough estimate over the phone. Upon arrival they both looked into the area that needed to be serviced and made sure to give me a detailed explanation as to why things were leaking and what their plan of action would be to remedy the issue. All I can say is Dimitri & Andrei definitely went above and beyond from both a customer service standpoint & a workmanship standpoint.
