The garage door maintenance service was excellent. The technician arrived on time, completed the work quickly, and the price was very reasonable.

I recently used this garage door service provider in King City, and I am very happy with the results. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue with my garage door. I have used them in 2021 and used again in 2023, very happy with them! Hopefully I wont need to use them anytime soon but if I'll need I defiantly give them a call!

Great experience! I contacted them on Thursday evening, and they were here to replace the torsion springs the following day. Sam contacted me prior to the appointment to ask if earlier would be ok. He arrived, made some recommendations, and got to right to work. He was done and had the door working perfectly in under an hour. Thank you!

ADR was a pleasure to deal with. They sell a high quality product at a reasonable price. Product was exactly the colour that was chosen out of their product display selection. Every person I had to deal with was professional, polite, and was able to communicate every step required for a new installation of two garage doors to replace my old ones. The deposit was very reasonable. The installer who removed my old trim and installed the new trim was polite and quick. The installers who put in the garage doors were quick and removed the old doors and left the job site in a very clean state.

When all of my friends who recently changed their doors waited over 2 month, some waited for 6 month to get the new garage doors. With ADR from the day I called it took only 4 weeks to have the door installed. I waited 3 months to write the review! The garage doors are amazing, highly insulated and really affordable. Some companies gave me a higher price for a non insulated door! Really happy, Thanks

I had a wonderful experience with ADR Garage Door. The technician Denis came out to resolve an intermittent problem with our door. He was persistent in trying to figure out the problem and he successfully did!! He was honest, professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and trustworthy. I had another company also attempt to solve the problem and they overcharged me and took advantage of me. ADR sends out honest and competent technicians and has fair pricing. I will continue to use this company moving forward!!

I gave this company an excellent review when they installed my garage door opener in 2019. My opener recently stopped working so I called the same company. The person on the phone seemed busy and I was told they would call back in 10 - 15 minutes. It didn't happen. I called again the following day and they gave me an appointment one week later. Nobody showed up for the appointment. I decided to give them one more chance as I realize that things are tough due to Covid so I called again. This time they gave me an appointment within a couple of days. The technician came out and advised, right away, that I need a new motor. Strangely, a few seconds later he advised that I need a new logic board instead. All of this without even opening up the housing to take a look. He then advised that I could get a new board if I call the manufacturer as it is covered under warranty. I would then need to call ADR to do the install when I get the board. As advised, I called the manufacturer but was told that I was out of luck as the warranty for the board is only one year.
I will not use or recommend this company in the future. This is not a fake review.
