The team was on point with packing and hauling all my stuff. My things made it to Dallas without a scratch, and I couldn't be happier. Plus, the complimentary supplies were spot-on, so I always knew my stuff was protected well.

I cannot believe such amateurs can actually run a business.

We had booked a moving from Toronto to Montreal, with a 3-month storage plan.
Everything went well until the delivery date was approaching. We started receiving a lot of texts to confirm if certain items were ours (see picture). This started to worry us.

On the moving date, they forgot to deliver a lot of items (among which our mattress, our 1000$ stroller and a few other items that we had confirmed were ours based on their texts). They broke our buffet.

After the initial delivery, we asked again and again for them to search for the missing items, which they did 1 month later, and delivered them without any warning. If we had not insisted, we would not have heard from them.

Communication was awful from the day things started to go wrong on their end. They stopped replying to our texts, were telling me that things were not so bad on the phone.

We ended up never getting any compensation for any of the late delivery or the broken items, while being charged way more than what the quote suggested.

To be avoided at all costs.

Although I'm not very good at assembling furniture, the movers finished it in just one hour. Everything was assembled flawlessly, which spared me from an enormous hassle. I really appreciate their help with moving my things!

The movers were careful not only with my furniture but also with the walls. They used padding and took their time navigating through narrow hallways leaving no marks behind.

The three of them worked effectively together to serve customers very well. They moved quite quickly, competently, and thoughtfully. It was fantastic that they acted as our movers. They're fantastic in every conceivable way.

The staff noted all my demands and needs, ensuring they followed through. I applaud them!
