Ray was extremely professional and timely. He has excellent knowledge and experience. We were extremely satisfied with the outcome and his craftsmanship which involved a complete gut job of the basement, raising supporting beams, new electrical, modern hot water radiators. Brand new bathroom and stackable laundry. In addition, when the water proofing company's work led to flooding (not affiliated with Royal 22 cobstruction) Ray and his colleague returned after hours to help bail out water. We highly recommend royal 22 construction.
