Khali Windows and Doors

Emil was friendly and easy to deal with, and the door is nice. However the installers buried my doorbell wiring and I was on the hook to have someone come in and rewire a doorbell at my own cost. Emil did nothing to rectify this. There was an issue with the caulking and it took me calling Emil numerous times to come back. Months later someone came to add the caulking. They recaulked it a totally different colour. Again I'm on my own to fix this.
Emil and his installers are a joke. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Khali windows and doors was very easy to deal with.
I called them for an estimate on getting my front doors replaced they came in a timely mannered and quoted me a very reasonable price for new double doors.
Overall i am very impressed with the work and would recommend Khali to others.

I had two doors installed. My front door and basement entrance. Both were good quality, however, the basement door was installed incorrectly. I have to slam the door really hard in order to close it. I tried over the last six months to get Emil to honour the warranty's on the door installation and send one of his guys to fix it. There were a number of times where he said someone would come by and then nobody showed up. In the last two months, I've sent several follow up texts that have gone ignored and am assuming now that he has ghosted me and won't come to fix the doors. I'm sure you can find other contractors who will provide equally good quality doors and actually honour the warranty.

Couldnt have been happier with the work done on my home. The attention to detail and timeliness of the work just blew me away! Thank you guys again!

Khali Windows replaced all of our windows and 2 doors in our home. The products that were installed were beautiful, clean and installed within 2 days. From the beginning Emil was a delight to work with and all of his promises were delivered. After receiving a few quotes, we noticed that his pricing was very competitive when comparing the same product (Vinyl pro). The installers were respectful of our home and left it clean after each day. I have already recommended Khali Windows to friends!

He was able to give rough estimate of pricing via chat and his prices was very competitive so I asked him to do the job. He said it would take 4 weeks to order the door and install it and it was 4 weeks exactly. Having gone through the process with Brock Windows and Doors, Khali was light years more professional and way better pricing (like 3 times cheaper). We have a beautiful metal front door now. Can’t recommend him enough.
