Just recently installed by Eco Star 2.5 ton Lennox Air Conditioner and Lennox 2 stage Furnace, they work like a charm for a 3300 sqft home.
I was skeptical of the 2.5 might not cool enough for a 3300 sqft home but went ahead with Eco Star’s recommendation.
After installed, I can feel the cool air distributed so evenly throughout the entire house especially the 2nd floor, temp. set at 23C.
Our old furnace and air conditioner that originally came with the house, cool air can’t hardly reach to the 2nd floor and temp. was set at 21C.
The family is very happy with the installation and the great customer service for the recommendation of the unit.

We upgraded our 39 year old furnace, out of shape humidifier and rental hot water tank with Eco-Star Home Services. We got several estimates, but this quote was the most price effective for the products and services. Sam was very thorough and professional in explaining everything (Models, recommendations and rebate programs) to us making us feel very confident in choosing Eco Star.

Our house has been suffering from pretty severe thermal gradient discrepancies between the main floor and the second floor so this year we decided to finally do something about it. I purchased a set of nice Panasonic exhaust fans and replaced the existing bathroom fans with them. I redid the shoddy ducting work done by the builder in the attic. Despite being quite handy, that experience convinced me that I really didn't want to bother installing baffles in the attic to allow for increased blow insulation depth. At the same time, my furnace's venter motor began whining (as it does every few years when it needs to be replaced) so we decided to get the furnace replaced as well. We got in touch with EcoStar upon the recommendation of friends and they came in two teams on the same day---one to replace the furnace and one to do the attic insulation work. Both were carried out in very timely manner and EcoStar actually helped coordinate the energy audit needed for claiming the energy rebate. The furnace installation looked impeccable with all seams nicely taped (far better than the builder job). Old furnace was hauled away with no real trace of their visit. I haven't examined the attic work but the energy auditor said it's nice and thick and showed the wife a picture in my absence. Note: the energy auditor actually recommended us to cover our clothes in the walk-in closet where the attic access is both prior to insulation installation and after. I'm not sure if this is typical but it's something to take note of.

The weather has warmed up for the last few days but the new furnace is definitely far more powerful (being a two stage) so temperature gradient is noticeably smaller. Time will till whether the increase to R60 in attic insulation makes a noticeable difference but I'm looking forward to some colder days to find out!

Joseph was the first person to call me after I requested contractors for buying and installing a new A/C in mid July. He was friendly and competent and worked with my schedule to have the install completed quickly.
The installers were great – courteous and efficient. Even though they could not remove the old coil from my furnace the way it would typically come out (due to the furnace placement in relation to the hot water tank and adjacent wall), they improvised by opening the front duct and then reconstructing the facade to accommodate the new coil which needed to be turned 90° from how it sat previously.
They also switched out my panel breaker to the appropriate amp for the A/C unit and even did a quick modification to the filter slot when I pointed out that a couple of screws had always prevented me from sliding the filter all the way. All of this was done without any change to Joseph's original quote, and they cleaned up and hauled away any waste when they were finished.
All-in-all, I felt Eco Star did a great job and we're happy to be sitting in a cool house once again.

1. The Air Conditioner install on improper area, The pipe blocked the air way opening which use to clean the air way every year. And after the technician left, all garbage still on everywhere in the room.
2. The drainage pipe crossed the walkway, it is very easy to trip over. It is extremely dangerous for our families.
3.Since July 12, 2019, I called the technician who installed the AC talk about the above problems. He said he did good job and doesn't need to fix it, and asked me to call the customer service. I called the customer service
continuously for four days. I have been talked with Mr.Wang and Mr.Jadden. They answered that they did nothing wrong, they do not fix those problems, even though our families on the risk to fall.

For the environment safety and the customer convince, the
company never meet the standard.

After I posted the review on this Homestar website, their sales manager contacted me and negotiated. On July 22, 2019, the manager with other two technicians came to my house. They did the assessment, they said the pipe was there with my old evaporator，and they can not put the
pipe through the ceiling because it is not their
responsibility. If I want to do so, I need to pay. For the
drainage pipe, they can change the place because one of the technician already trip on the pipe one time, and easy to move to safety area.

However, they moved pipe away from the airway opening and pull the drainage pipe behind along the wall. Recently, Its seems a little better.
