Agostino (coordinator) and Elham (technician) were great to work with right from the start. Agostino was communicative, took the time to explain things, and was extremely prompt with replies as he was available by text (or phone) at all hours of the day. Both were very knowledgeable and extremely personable, as well.
Once we got to installation day, we ran into some unforeseen circumstances and experienced a much longer installation period. Some of these circumstances were definitely out of their control, but some could've been mitigated by slightly better planning and organization. Agostino was very open to the constructive criticism I had for them, which made the experience that much better. Elham also went out of his way to rectify the delayed install, which I felt was professional and made up for some of the lost time.
