If you are thinking about dealing with this company, let me give you a warning on what you can expect to deal with so you’re informed ahead of time. Imperial Touch has left our driveway, front steps, and front and back yard as a half finished mess of a construction site for more than 6 months now. Interlock was placed down but not finished, so stones along our driveway and front walkway have already shifted out of position. This company promised that they would build a stone walkway done the side of the house as well as do interlocking brick in the backyard. The stones for those projects now sit in piles in the yard with the job unfinished, meaning we are worse off than when we started.
For months we’ve been trying to get into contact with the owner to find out when we could expect this project to be finished. Messages have gone unreturned, or if he answers the phone we are brushed off with promises to contact us later with details. We’ve spent thousands of dollars with this company, of whom the owner of which is a family friend, and he’s left our yard as unfinished piles of stone around the yard. It’s become clear that he has no intention of ever finishing the project or returning our money, and we are now in a position where with our budget for this project gone we will have to try and take on finishing this disaster of a job ourselves without professional help, not that we got much to begin with, clearly.
No one should be treated the way we have been by this company, let alone someone we thought a friend. So before dealing with this business consider, if this is how they treat friends, how will they treat you? Stay away from this untrustworthy, unprofessional company which clearly has no shame if they’ll do this to someone like my sister, who happens to be confined to a wheelchair which is why we were redoing the front of the house to provide ramp access. This company will literally take advantage of people in wheelchairs, that’s the quality of the individuals you’d be dealing with. I’ve attached some photos below to show the state of our yard
