Lloyd and his assistant came on time and observed Covid 19 protocols by wearing their masks at all times, also they wore coverings on their shoes when they entered the house. Lloyd was absolutely amazing. They had provided a quote and stayed true to his word. No upselling. He also did the dryer vent but since it was somewhat damaged, he put it back together and charged me half the rate.

Clean, efficient, friendly and lots of info about the process and our ducts. A couple of phone calls to confirm timing and he met the times. Very unusual in today's world. Can't imagine how he could have done better.
