We got the entire basement renovated. The timeframe of his work was pretty fast. However, we realized he cut corners in almost everything. For example none of the closets had shelves put in. He didn't install quarter panels on the laminate flooring in the entire basement. He did no work on professionally insulating of the basement and allowing proper heat flow. Although on a large scale level the job looked well there were many smaller issues. Not a professional job although we were charged a premium rate. For instance we had to pay extra for backsplash and range hood.
