Moved to Orangeville, new nothing about hard water or water softeners, the water softener I had in my home didn't work properly couldn't seem to get answers from store it was purchased from. Called Mark from water depow Mark came over and explained everything to me and my wife and he gave us a great deal on the new one. Workmanship was great and Mark has even followed up twice. I would recommend Mark from water depow to all my friends and family.

The system was installed properly and in a timely manner. The installer was friendly and polite and did nice work.

After the installer left I found little things that bugged me. He left metal shards in the sink and on the counter top from where he drilled the hole in the sink to fit the top. I also had to clean under the sink where the metal fillings were left.

I also noticed that the installer ran the plastic hose from the holding reservoir to the filters through the counter weight for my main sink tap shower nozzle. So now when I pull the nozzle from the holder, the plastic line for the filtration system moves and pulled with it. Also, of I choose to change the main tap I either have to remove and disconnect the filter hose or cut and destroy the main tap to remove it.

Stan showed up. Upon his arrival, he immediately went down to assess the situation. Being that I'm on a well in Caledon, he looked at the filters to see my iron and filter condition. After quick, efficient and clean work, he changed our UV bulb and filters. I was satisfied upon completion. The water is much better. Also, Patty did a great job with communicating by email prior to the job. Very clear in costing and helpful with being thorough. Thanks guys!

The entire process from procurement to installation was a wonderful experience. The unit was thoroughly explained; making sure that it met my family’s needs as was the installation process. They were exceptionally accommodating, putting the unit where I wanted it stored and not what would have been easier for them. Very neat and fast. Highly, highly recommended!

We have been using the unit for a few weeks now and can not believe the difference it has made.

We used to go through a lot of filters. Dan installed a filtration system where I only have to change my filters once per year and my water pressure seems way better. Awesome knowledgeable people.

As a first time owner I did a lot of research of water softeners and the different companies and the products (models) that their company offered in this area. I was able to view several other job sites in our neigbourhood and we selected Water Depot. After a water test Bruce offered a number of options and suggestions on what was best for us and our budget. He detailed what he expected to do and the cost. Once booked he arrived on time and did a very professional job. Explained the operation of the system. He left the job site neat and tidy. No surprises on the billing.

I hired water depot to come out and determine the issue I was having with my water softener as well as change the filers in my RO drinking water system. The system is around 15-17 years old and was installed by a company that is no longer in business.

The softener needs replacement and I will definitely be purchasing a new one from them especially with this 12 equal payments offer.

My only issue with is experience is that after their repair guy changed my RO filters something else went wrong (4-way part needed replacement). This required me to bring the whole system in and cost me $70 (part + in-store service fee). I think this should have been caught by the first service call but wasn't.

Overall, the technicians were friendly, clean, and knowledgeable.

After having issues with the 4-way part, the owner of the store took this matter on as a personal matter and was extremely helpful.
