It took Chris forever to get me the quote later saying he didn't realize his email was down.
Then he used the excuse of using a 2018 calendar for messing up the date that he was supposed to do the work at my home.
The work was finally completed but was left a mess; there are gaps between the stones.
He said he would come back and fix one of the larger gaps and seal the steps.
He is clearly avoiding my phone calls, texts and emails. He answered the phone when I called from an unknown number, said he would return but didn't.
My fault for trusting him and paying him before taking a good look at the work.

I always respond to clients in a timely manner I had informed you that I was moving homes and some time things get lost in the shuffle and I told you that before I started it was a short week the week we complete your steps and I never admit to being perfect I dropped the ball but we did come the very next day to complete the work and I told you if it rains I will be there with 24 hours or I will contact you you didn't wait 24 hours to slam me and my company on homestars I don't appreciate that but I will work with you to resolve your issues with the project
