Helped with water issues last month November 2020

Yong is very efficient and professional. I hired his company after reading all the positive reviews about his work and his responsiveness. I wasn't disappointed and he lived up to all the 5 star reviews in Google and here in Homestars. Finding an exterior foundation crack leading to potential basement flooding after purchasing a home is stressful, and I am glad I hired him and his team to help fix the problem. He set the right expectations and the work was completed on the same day. I would strongly recommend him and would use his services in future if the need arises.

We had a strange water seepage above ground into the basement and we didn't know exactly what the issue was. Local waterproofing companies were not able to diagnose it correctly. Yong came to my house and after some testing, immediately noticed that it may be coming from the gap between bricks and applied some caulking. It has not leaked since then. I really appreciate Yong's honesty and his troubleshooting. Even though his company doesn't perform above ground repairs, he helped me diagnose the issue and followed up with me to ensure that the leak was completely gone.
He never charged me anything to perform the diagnosis or apply the caulking. I would recommend Yong to anyone who needs waterproofing done or need an honest opinion / diagnosis.
