I have not received my paid receipt for the payment I made and warranty documents. False promises been made each time I contacted.

Yet to receive. Not satisfied at all by the broken promises.

Andre was hired to remove our air conditioner so the deck could be restored, for that he was paid $300. He promised to return when the deck was finished but after exhaustive calls and messages he never showed up.
This might sound like a minor matter but to us, as seniors, it was most frustrating, if he didn't want to return he could have said so, for this we would not recomend him to anyone.

We called Citys Choice when our furnace stopped working on a cold November evening. Andre came and was professional, supportive and knowledgeable from the very beginning. He was able to source a part for our 23 yr old furnace and fixed our furnace the next day. Highly recommend! Thanks, Andre!

Excellent service by Andre and Dom.Replaced a new tankless water heater and installed the combustion air pipe outside to supply enough fresh air. Andre was very detailed oriented and took the time to explain the process and what he was doing. He continued to update me on his status regarding his arrival and arrived early.Highly recommended. Kudos to this team!

Our AC broke during a very hot day.I called Andre and he came a couple hours later..He explained the problem, never once did he make us feel pressured to replace our units.He was very knowledgeable, and one of the friendliest people we ever met.We decided to replace our AC and Furnace.Andre and his team showed up the next day. Replaced everything In one day, with no problem.Very professional and clean.I can not recommended a company more. Our AC broke in the middle of the heat wave in August. My friend referred me to City’s Choice. One of the team members came to our house to provide a consultation, the information was informative and options were provided.
We chose to replace the AC unit and the insulation and service provided was good. We will definitely refer City’s Choice to family & friends.

The AC broke on a Friday of a long weekend and Andre was referred to us by a friend. I called Andre late in the evening, and he responded to me in an unexpected time, rapidly. He was willing and prepared to give up his weekend to ensure ours was comfortable. He has amazing customer service, professional and honest. Andre was very thorough and detailed oriented and took the time to explain the process and what he was doing. He continued to update us on his status regarding his arrival and arrived in a timely fashion. Despite being a last minute call, he made us feel as though we were his only customer, and it was important that he assisted us. Would highly recommend him and his service.

Prompt response when our Air Conditioner died during a heat wave. We had our HVAC replaced within 24 hours. They were courteous and ensured we were aware of everything that was done. We will recommend them to our friends
