SBH Construction installed our Windows and doors about 3 months back based off a recommendation. They told us the total cost would be close to $10000 for our 2 doors and 5 windows if we didn't use his contractors discount (actual quote was about $6000). They hid the upfront cost of the windows they get through their window/door company on the quotes they provide, which is probably why they tell you you're getting an amazing deal through them. They charge a $1500 "oopsy" fee incase they mess up measurements and they do not have insurance or workers compensation. Window trim is not included and will cost you extra!!!. He measured our Windows incorrectly then blamed it on the "unknown" of the house. It took him 2 months to complete a quoted week long job. They forget many of their tools and equipment needed for the job causing them to return regularly.
Overall this company is a hard NO for recommending to anyone. There are many other REAL professional and reputable companies you should go with before resorting to SBH that are the same price and have liabilities and insurance. Not a good experience at all and will never recommend to anyone!
