Called them in the morning, Tony arrived promptly at his scheduled time in the afternoon. Had the replacement part handy. I would have preferred a "name brand" (same as dryer) replacement part, but he guaranteed his work and the part for 3 months at no extra charge. Tony was pleasant, courteous, confident, and thorough (he even took the time to clean out my outdoor filter). I would definitely use him again, although, hopefully I won't need to!

Tony came out within an hour on a Sunday for a service and was kind, professional, kept the area clean and did a fantastic job. He came back the next day to reinstall a dishwasher for us and was really wonderful, would not hesitate using Tony again. Highly recommend!

I have a tenant downtown who reported that the washing machine had stopped working and the water wasn't draining. Cover All gave me a reasonable quote and went to the building to fix it. They allowed me to pay with INTERAC so I didn't have to meet them at the building. They were done in one hour. I highly recommend them.

Our washing machine was not draining or spinning. Technician (Allan) reviewed the issue on Wednesday and returned with the part on Thursday. On Wednesday evening, Allan arrived as scheduled and was polite (he removed his shoes at the door) and efficient; he did not waste time and looked at all possible reasons why the machine was not working. He let me know what he was going to do and what the problem was. On Thursday morning, Allan returned with the part and completed the job. He showed me that the machine was now draining and spinning. There were no surprise costs and his efficiency was appreciated.

My only suggestion is that an official printed receipt and warranty information be provided to the customer. Otherwise, I'm pleased with the service we received.
