401 Roofing

I found out we had a leaking roof after we purchased the townhouse and they were the first company to respond to the urgency. I met Moe that day and he was able to temporarily tarp it from getting worse and he explained in detail what they would do to roof and he was able to answer my questions. Once my girlfriend and I thought it over we contacted 401 Roofing to come and replace the roof, they even took pictures of their progress so I knew they did the work and took the necessary precautions with the installation to ensure it did not impact my neighbours roof by overlapping the membrane and shingles which is the right way to do it. I am happy with the work and the warranty they have provided. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a roof replacement or repair
