F.M. Foundations

F.M. Foundations did a great job repairing our basement leak problem. They excavated down to the footings, repaired weeping tile and clad the foundation in a waterproof membrane then neatly restored the excavation ensuring proper grade for the water to flow away from the foundation and re-installed the affected patio. The work was done quickly and neatly. They were able to re-install the existing patio stones which saved costs. We were very pleased with the professionalism, quality of work, and attention to detail, and how the crew worked quickly and neatly. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

We haven't had a leak since. Our annual spring water issues in that part of the basement are finally gone.

Prompt estimate. Job done as and when promised. Very neat, worksite was cleaned up and left in good condition.

There is a house in an older part of Ottawa, where foundation repair was done as well as the installation of a complete window well system with excellent success, 5 or 6 years ago. Another leak occurred in a different part of the basement last year and we had no hesitation to hire F.M. Foundations to address this as well and it was dealt with professionally and properly, again with excellent success.

Frank came in first to see the damaged area.. He took the drywall out in certain areas to see where damage was.. He then gave a quote for the work. He was the most detailed in the quote, and explained what needed to be done. When he came to do the work. He came work his crew. They were very professional, finished the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up the area afterwards. I would easily use them again.
