After being let down by another repair service, I found ARNI Services through a Google search. Evgeni asked several questions on the phone to help isolate the problem I was having, so he could arrive with the correct parts required to perform the repairs. He and his technician were very thorough in their diagnostics, isolating the problem to a part that I had already paid another repair service to replace. Evgeni was able to show me that most likely the previous repair company had actually charged to replace this part, but had actually not replaced, but instead only reset the board, which only worked for a couple of weeks. We live in Oakville. We hired Arni to fix a couple of problems with our fridge/freezer. We were very pleased with everything about the service. Arni is very knowledgeable and he explains what he is doing and why. He is reliable, communicative and courteous. We will not use anyone else in the future for appliance issues as we were totally satisfied.

We found out our 2012 LG fridge with bottom freezer no longer cooling in the refrigerator section (freezer was great). We called Evgeny at 8:30 am after finding his company on both google and homestars. We were able to explain what we knew was working and after asking for the model number, went to the parts store first to get everything he MAY have needed for possible repairs.

He arrived two hours later after making trips to 2 different parts stores to get what he needed and then trouble shooted, and figured out the problem and got the fridge working great in two hours. He stopped to explain each step and how he was looking for the most common problem first and then working his way to the least likely.

Evgeny did a a great job, and his pricing for labour was very fair and the work was excellent. It was hard finding people wanting to work on LG appliances, but he told me that he worked previously for LG for 3 years as a technician and knew everything about them before starting his own company.

Our oven, dishwasher and washer and dryer are all around 2012, so we will be using Evgeny again if there are any issues as he is very honest, and will let us know if it is a waste of time to repair vs. buying a new appliance.

Evgeni was very professional - very easy to book an appointment with, punctual and fair - he quickly determined that the issue was not with the dryer, but with the electrical panel. I highly recommend his services.

Amazing service. My front load washer was holding water and not finishing the cycle. Called Arni he came same day and stopped on the way to grab the part he suspected he would need so He could fix ASAP. Honest & hardworking, and my washer is running again!
Labour charge is a very good price, and he didn’t charge me extra for having to pick up the part. Will definitely now be my go to if anything else breaks!

I would give Arni Services 10 stars if I could! By far the best customer service experience I’ve had with a repair technician. Ifgani (tech) was upfront about the cost of the visit (via email) if we decided not to go ahead with the repairs. He arrived on time as scheduled and once he diagnosed the issue he explained the cost of repairs in detail before proceeding with the work. He was very polite, professional, wore booties before entering the house and cleaned up after himself before leaving. I was expecting to pay cash, but Ifgani had multiple options for payments. He provided us with an official invoice via email prior to leaving and his service comes with 90day warranty which was amazing! If the dryer was to break again within the 90 days he would repair for free of cost. Also provided maintenance tips to keep the dryer in good working condition. I would recommend Arni Servicesto anyone without any hesitations. I will definitely use their services again if the need arises.

Repaired washing machine that was no longer draining. It's a stacked machine in a closet with limited access but always figured out a way to get past the obstacles to finish the job. Took the time to fully test afterwards before he left as well.

The service was fantastic. He was very quick to respond online and was at my place just over 2 hours later. He was thorough, friendly, and spent a lot of time making sure I understood the issue and how to try and prevent a recurrence. I would recommend Arni's service to anyone.

Choose Arni out of the 3 that were suggested by HomeStars, mainly for responsiveness (next day visit and work done) and ratings on HomeStars. Timing and communications were great, upfront costs were clear. Visit was punctual and informative. the dishwasher had not been installed properly originally and this was determined by Evgeni pretty quickly. He took the time to figure out the best way to get the appliance rebalanced and secured, and then had us run a test while he looked at our washing machine (which was making pounding sounds). For the washing machine he diagnosed the problem quickly as well, and showed us the options for replacing the part that had broken ... and gave a worthwhile recommendation that the replacement (over $700 just for the part) was not worth it for a ten year old machine. We agreed. So overall - responsive, informative, fair pricing. We will go back to Arni for any future appliance issues or repair needs.

Quick response. Very solid communication on his location towards arriving at my home. Very respectful of house and surrounding. Focused approach to issue. Communicated along the way. Stayed with the quote. Only fixed what was needed yet added consultation on what I could see on the future with some possible time frames. Clean up was awesome. Very gracious of business.
