Looks great and nice safety bar for me . Workers were easy to work with asking questions and getting advice on what may work better for our family. Jay and his team did a great job for us. They installed 11 fence posts and put in two concrete pads, one for our car and a second for a small 6x8 shed. Both were done perfectly, smooth and level. The front pad had a swale that gives us a great water runoff. At 45x10 feet it was just what we wanted. Very happy with their professionalism and friendly nature. Highly recommend them.

Jay and his crew dismantled an old fence and installed a new privacy fence on our corner lot in Orangeville, so lots of fencing. From start to finish we were very pleased with the how the project went. Jay arrived on time each day, communication was excellent, he implemented a few changes we wanted along the way, and more. We would definitely hire TC Contracting again.

I used TC contracting about 2 years ago to build an interlocking walkway at the front of my yard next to my driveway.
Jay and his team were very polite and easy to work with.

In terms of workmanship I think they did an OK job. Approximately 25% of the walkway has not held up well over the 2 years. I was expecting it to last at least 5 years before having to repair it.

1. Various stone on the lower half of the walkway have shifted and sunk.
2. Some of the larger stone rock back and forth when you walk on them and have become a tripping hazard.
3. Within 1 year quite a bit polymeric sand was missing. I think this is due to the stone shifting. If my memory serves me well I had asked him to add back the polymeric sand. But after asking a few times I gave up because I don't like running behind people. I had added the polymeric sand myself but eventually it came up because of how much the stone is shifting.

The top part of the walkway has held up very nicely without any issues. Only the bottom half of the walk has issues. I think workmanship was top notch at the start of the day but decreased by the end of the day. This might be why only the bottom half of the walkway has issues.
