Rex and his crew quickly came when I called them about a problem I was having with a leaking roof. He promised me to fix the problem that others were unable to fix. Now after several bad storms and not one drop of water entering my house…(They even reached out to me if things were ok) I must say that they are the BEST!!!! Thank you so much for your work … you not only fixed the problem but Ultra Team Roofing was extremely neat and on time.

I put a service request for replacement of roof shingles due to a leak caused by a recent storm.

From the replies we received Rex and his team were the most prompt and the only ones who actually made the effort to come speak to us in person and take a look at the house. Their quote beat the competition too, so it was an easy decision.

They scheduled us in promptly, arrived on site early in the morning and worked really hard to get the job done in a single day. Rex provided photos at each stage of the work so I could see what was going on up on the roof which was appreciated.

The team done a good job, we are satisfied with the work.

When my roof needed replacing I decided to get three quotes. I was nervous about hiring a roofer because of the high costs associated with a new roof as well as my lack of knowledge about roofing. Rex from Ultra Team Roofing , came to the house the next day and on time. He gave me a detailed quote with three shingle options. He had a genuine interest in explaining what needed to be done and what the differences in the costs were. He patiently answered my questions and put my mind at ease. I decided to award Ultra team Roofing the job, Rex sent me a copy of a valid Insurance certificate as well as a a current WSIB Clearance form. Three days later as promised , they arrived at 8am and set about re roofing my house. They setup and placed tarps and other coverings to protect my landscape and house. I had to go to work and was a little worried but Rex sent me dozens of pictures a long the way detailing exactly what they were doing. When I got home from work , they had finished cleaning up. I was so happy with the outcome, In the pictures I posted you can see how straight the shingles, ridges and valleys are. Pride in workmanship done with care, down to using a large magnet to pick up all the nails. My wife even commented that the property looked like it had before they started! Backed by their 15 year warranty which they put in writing, I would have no hesitations recommending them to anyone. Thanks guys, the roof looks great, Great Job!

I obtained quotes from several roofing companies. Rex was the only one asking for my expectations and needs. Price was reasonnable and great reviews they have, so decided to proceed with Rex from Ultra Team.
They started at 8:30 to finish at 3:30pm, and it was very warm that day.
They installled temporary plywood to protect our windows. They were polite, working hard. They made sure to keep our site clean and safe after completion of replacement.

We obtained quotes from several roofing companies, and decided to proceed with Ultra Team Roofing as Rex recommended the best quality of shingles on the market for our roof ( CertainTeed Landmark shingle ), with a whole house underlayment, at a reasonable price, also because of the great reviews they have on this site from other clients.

Rex and the crew were professional throughout, his team was polite and kept the site clean throughout the process. House and gardens protected from the work, also the neighbor’s house. Work started at 7:30 and finished around 5:00. Cleanup was fabulous including the roller with the magnets to pick up any stray nails/metal. The cleanup left the property spotless.

My next neighbor just had roof done a week before us, their roofer left two shingles in their eavestrough, Rex is very kind and helpful, he took out those two shingles for my neighbor. My neighbor was truly appreciated and got contact info from Rex and going to recommend Rex to do his son's roofing job.

Last Summer Ultra-team re-roofed our garden garage and put new gutters on the house. We are happy with the overall outcome. There was a minor problem with the gutters, and they came back promptly to resolve. We would have Ultra-team back again if we have a need for more roof-work.
