Ultra Team Roofing

When my roof needed replacing I decided to get three quotes. I was nervous about hiring a roofer because of the high costs associated with a new roof as well as my lack of knowledge about roofing. Rex from Ultra Team Roofing , came to the house the next day and on time. He gave me a detailed quote with three shingle options. He had a genuine interest in explaining what needed to be done and what the differences in the costs were. He patiently answered my questions and put my mind at ease. I decided to award Ultra team Roofing the job, Rex sent me a copy of a valid Insurance certificate as well as a a current WSIB Clearance form. Three days later as promised , they arrived at 8am and set about re roofing my house. They setup and placed tarps and other coverings to protect my landscape and house. I had to go to work and was a little worried but Rex sent me dozens of pictures a long the way detailing exactly what they were doing. When I got home from work , they had finished cleaning up. I was so happy with the outcome, In the pictures I posted you can see how straight the shingles, ridges and valleys are. Pride in workmanship done with care, down to using a large magnet to pick up all the nails. My wife even commented that the property looked like it had before they started! Backed by their 15 year warranty which they put in writing, I would have no hesitations recommending them to anyone. Thanks guys, the roof looks great, Great Job!
