My fridge was leaking internally. These guys sent their technician to my house. He was friendly and he managed to fix the leaking issue. thank you so much for a quick repair.

Quick response time and efficient service. I was glad that I chose this company to fix my dryer that failed to heat. The technician who took care of the job was nice and smart. After the repair, he made sure that the dryer was back to normal.

The guy came two hours after we called to fix our washing machine took the whole thing apart, fully explained the problem, showed us the melted part that broke, had a replacement part and did a great job. The cost of the visit was up-front and the cost of the repair seemed totally fair for the speed, convenience and expertise. Thanks!

I called Hamilton Appliance Services and spoke to Matthew last evening as we had another issue with my Kenmore washing machine. I called Matthew because he had fixed the machine last August (2018) when another tenant was renting the condo. I was so impressed with his service and work. (I didn't write a review at the time - not that computer literate then!) This time there was a problem with the water temperature; when the tenant selected cold water wash, the water was hot. (They never needed to do a cold water wash and never paid any attention to the water temperature before.) Matthew initially thought the electronic value might need to be replaced. However, when Matthew arrived this afternoon, he discovered a mix-up with the hot and cold water in-take. He simply switched the hot to hot and the cold to cold, and the problem was solved! And, he refused to accept any payment for his service call, despite our protests. I highly recommend Matthew and Hamilton Appliance Services to anyone. Professional. Knowledgeable. Friendly. My oven was not working properly for about 3 days. Called the company and got a very nice explanation of what might it be. The next day the technician was at my place, very friendly and organized showed me the part that was not working properly, told me the price and did an amazing job very fast.
Really recommend it !

The team at hamilton appliance repair have helped us with several appliance issues, and each time surpassed all expectations for knowledge, quality and customer service. We have had an oven and fridge repaired, as well as having a dishwasher installed. The team was friendly and prompt- calling before the service in the morning and en route. They took the time to explain options and to address our concerns and questions. They had parts and components readily available, and for a very obscure part, were able to source it quickly.

These people are fantastic!! They are helpful, courteous and chalk full of information. But the most important thing is that they are HONEST!! Something you don't see anymore,,,,they have saved me hundreds of dollars!! Other appliance repair people would have steered me in more expensive "unnecessary" repairs.....and they will walk you through simple repairs. I recommend them to all my friends!! Way to go!!
