The work was allotted to Shiraz with full trust, however he did not finish as planned - We are still left with Deck reno + driveway paint - I understand due to weather conditions this could not be done right now, totally understandable, however the deduction he made for this incomplete work was not acceptable. Unfortunately we did not get a proper price for work breakdown (at the onset of work), so we did not have much room to negotiate.
I would highly recommend Shiraz (for his quality of work) BUT would suggest to get a full breakdown of each task before onset of job
