This company has cost us thousands in water damage. Yesterday we had a pipe burst below our Edgecliff reno, causing thousands of dollars in damage. It was due to a failed sharkbite fitting that they installed on a supply line to the bathtub. Thankfully i had taken pictures of some of the plumbing work behind the walls during the reno and were able to identify that these fittings were used for all supply line connections including our shower. We had to pay actual plumbers $1500 yesterday to replace all the sharkbite fittings with soldered fittings so this doesn't happen again, and plumbing repairs are not covered by our home insurance - only the damages which now entail: demo / drywall repair / trim replacement / flooring replacement / painting etc. The first thing they asked when they opened our ceiling below was "have you had a reno done recently?".

I will also mention that we never left a review after our work was done because there were a number of *shocking* customer service & worksmanship issues that happened during our reno experience so we could not in good conscience recommend them to anyone.

They started on the agreed date and arrived each day as they had advised. They did a truly professional job at a competitive price and even went beyond what the job required. Great communication skills and very conscientious at keeping dust and dirt to a minimum. We highly recommend them.

This is a fantastic team to work with. We had our master bathroom completely remodeled, installed hardwood flooring in all the bedrooms and two accent walls done. Outstanding quality, very professional, upfront and honest about the costs involved. I would definitely do business with them again.

Glen and his team were great to work with. They started on schedule and finished on time. Definitely will be using them for another bathroom reno and other work we'd like to complete.
