French/Italian/Spanish man claims to be a high end professional builder ! Beware - poor carpentry, bad measurements, mistakes are made at yiyr cost ; doesn’t follow plan . Painting skills 101 junior at best - unfinished work ( painted only half stairs ; other half left with no paint or only primer! ; very aggressive when you ask him to come finish painting n fix all the carpentry mistakes! Paint smears left on stucco n window : blue paint on beige stucco; he never cleaned up anything : I had to clean up each day after him and I had to dispose of all the leftover wood ;
One month has passed; I’ve fired him and will get someone else to come in and finish painting and fix all touch ups needed to make it look professional

Give himself out as a painter but made a mess on the walls and left areas on the pergola unpainted. Such bad craftsmanship and aggressive attitude when we ask him to return and fix his mess, and we decided to pay him and not allow him back in the premises and got someone else.
