GB Stone Company

The company doesn't want to honor the warranty to fix the problem. They don't answer my phone calls, nor my emails.

I have cracked stones and a bad leveled patio.

The company is rated "F" on Best Business Bureau.

I hired GB Stone Company to level our interlocking driveway and to replace one of our concrete beams which had dropped causing the pavers to sink. I wanted it replace but they indicated it could raised and straightened back in place. After much effort they could not straight and lift the beam and additionally cracked the beam further in the process. The beam continues to sink and has caused the pavers to drop again. They have re-leveled the bricks but will not address the main issue which is the beam and indicated that they won't do anything more nor are they willing to replace the beam. I would definitely not recommend this company as they have not done what was contracted. Other aspects of their workmanship lacked quality and GB Stone Company was not forthright in what they could actually do. The company has other complaints logged with the BBB, which they are not a member of.

My small back yard behind my townhouse was a disaster. I was lucky to contact GB Stone Company early in the spring so my project got scheduled quickly. They set me up with a carpenter to do the little deck and in a couple of days they attended to work on my patio. They were very efficient, arrived about 8am and were done by about 4pm. I love, love my patio. I did have to call them back a couple of months later when I noticed the reservoir that was installed re: my sump pump appeared to be backing up and, considering that this is their busiest time of the year, Greg returned with his crew and corrected the issue in good time. I am very pleased with the work done and recommend them for your project.
