I used this contractor before. He went by another company name that has since been flagged for suspicious activity.
After having him complete a front hallway tile job, I thought I could trust this contractor to do another job. I was wrong.
After he received a deposit, he began to request more money, either for what he was trying to elude was a delay (even though no start date had been agreed to and he was well aware of the timeframe to prepare the bathroom prior to tiling). He also began to persuade that he could by the same tile for cheaper. The hook was that he needed the money because the tile had to be out of his contacts shop before his boss found out. Also, he asked for more money because his truck was broken into, funerals, etc. etc. Long story short I was Conned.
The Tile was never paid for. He ordered it from a main tile supplier (not a special contact), it was described by the tile rep as a cheap tile and he never paid for it. Police have been contacted. He will respond to this and try to discredit it, but it is true. $7500 paid out and he has not paid a cent back. Run.
He will bully you. Don't believe the nice guy routine. He hires 3rd party contractors to do the work. Find real contractors, don't waist your time or money.

I also have proof that you were very very violent towards us and with many violent threats to us and my family especially My mother.. we do not work in a home that is a threat to our safety and to be un safe to anyone but again we thank you for the review
