From my very first interaction with Ace, my experience with Eye Home Solutions was amazing. The level of responsiveness and availability provided was amazing. Ace and team were incredible at explaining my water quality as well as providing the right recommendations based on my needs. I was worried my water was too hard, and indeed it was, but also worried about kidney stones, so we had a softener and RO system installed. Truly incredible team willing to give the time to me and work with me along the way, even well after installation for my questions. I would highly recommend Ace and Eye Home Solutions.

Amazing service and response. Had to get my filters replaced after the first 6 months since the installation. As promised, I was serviced and educated well on how to replace the filter and was also given replenishments for another few years. I'm totally satisfied with the water quality and its worth the investment imho.

Had the Water System now for 6mths. Mistakenly thought there was an issue, they came all the way out to my home in Ramara in the blowing snow...only to find out it was not the System but our sump pump causing the issue. Just such great customer service from these guys.

Great service and very professional installation. Hassan provided great installation and post installation supper as well. He is always a text away when needed. Received enough supplies for next few years and we love this water purifier system. Definitely would recommend this company.
