I found Florian through Homestars and after meeting him and speaking to his references, we decided to hire him to help renovate our townhouse between after a tenant left it in particularly bad condition. The job was to patch up and repaint all walls, doors and trim. There were many large holes, peeling paint, and even a broken door that was patched up and painted over smoothly. He also repainted our kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets and suggested new hardware to match, updating the kitchen considerably. Lastly, he removed much outdated carpet on the stairs and repainted in white. Throughout all this Florian was easy to work with, very responsive, and was very agreeable to fixing other little things at little to no additional cost. He worked long hours to help finish on time, which really helped us to minimize the time our rental unit was empty. After he was done, we listed and got 2 offers to rent within a week, a testament to his work! I would recommend his work to anyone looking for a good paint job at a reasonable price.
