If you are looking for any pool installers/builders in the Simcoe county area, look no further.
Jessie and Brad, owners, and their team - Scott, Casey and the rest of the crew were nothing short of fantastic to deal with.
Do not waste your time jumping around from company to company, some of them are brutal in all aspects.
We stared the process last May, and made a decision after 4 months and 12 interviews.
We did our due diligence and then some.
Prime were the first to see us, and the last.
As this was brand new to us, we had tons of questions. Brad and Jessie did an excellent job at helping us every step of the way.
No pressure ever, understood our budget concerns and made sure to work around them. They are also a "one stop shop" which makes it much easier
when you don't have time to worry about chasing after landscapers or paying 6 different people. Right from the get go, they made us feel comfortable.
The entire team is always respectful, always clean up their messes and works very hard and always pleasant do chat with.
They ALWAYS answer texts, phone or emails quickly. You will not have to chase them for anything.
My wife and I were very impressed at how quick Prime responds.
The end result was amazing and they completely transformed our backyard and get comments on how great it looks.
If you are worried about budget, not sure what to do or if you can in fact do it, call them. They are great at just consulting if that is what you need.
You will never feel pressured into doing anything you don't want or cannot realistically do.
I will recommend them to anyone.
They are hands down the best pool company in Barrie.

Brad and Jesse, co-owners of Prime Pools and Landscaping, run a tremendous business. We were recommended to them by a friend, and we made a great choice. They helped us create our dream backyard - in-ground pool, two tiered deck, bar area and hot tub. We really appreciated Brad and Jesse’s communication skills. We were always welcome to ask questions in person, or via text or phone call, and they always responded back quickly. They understood that I had a lot of questions, thoughts and ideas, and they never made me feel as though I was bothering them. If they were hard at work at our pool or someone else’s, they’d respond as soon as they stopped work. They are very honest people; something that you don’t always find with pool company owners. They never rushed through anything; every aspect of our yard was inspected and perfected by Brad and Jesse as if they were working on their own backyards.
We have since recommended Prime Pools to another friend, and they’ll be starting on their new pool this year. We strongly recommend Prime Pools and Landscaping.

Absolutely cannot say enough about Prime Pools! After dealing with an extremely tight access point, Prime delivered us our dream pool not only on time, but on budget!! This was huge for us!! HUGE!! The guys were so kind and considerate, always making sure they were leaving our yard clean and not bothering anyone. They also assisted us with landscaping, without even thinking twice. Jesse and Brad clearly love what they do and it really shows. They know their stuff and always aim to please. Absolutely highly recommend 100%!!!
