I rarely write reviews but I must write one for Viva renovation. I won lottery when I found this company. Guys are still in process of building my house, but the work they have already done is remarkable. They basically provided all types of possible work: underpinning, framing, roofing, outside stucco. Each step was guided by structural engineer, who helped to pass all required city inspections. Viva has discounts with tons of suppliers, so I saved a lot on materials. Price for the work is very adequate, work is done on time. I highly recommend this company. They love what they do, and do it best way.

I finally decided to renovate my condo kitchen. I had several quotes from different companies, did some research on internet and even asked some friends about Reno advice. I came across Viva Renovation, they gave me a pretty good quote, explained in plain terms what will be done and how it would look. The new cabinets were installed in one day, they are really good quality, even my neighbour who also does kitchens said so. They are bright white with silver shading so to speak. I like classical designs, so I was able to choose exactly what I wanted. All in all I'm pretty happy with the job and would gladly reccomend them to others. Freedom of choice from different and unique styles, professionalism, work quality and reliability of these guys are a pleasant surprise.

This guys do for me full condo renovation( without materials) in one month. From my opinion the price and quality very reasonable. We paid in steps and don't have any extras except the ones we wanted.
