I had drop ceiling in the basement wanted to get drywall ceiling put up. Max came in did an awesome job. We had electricians to come and do the pot lights. Max arranged everything I didnt 8 have to worry about a thing.

Max and his crew insulated, drywalled, and taped our double detached garage over a period of just under two weeks. Insulating and drywall were completed successfully over a weekend without any problems. However weather problems created somewhat of a lengthy drying process during taping, but Max remained in constant communication and provided daily updates until the job was completed to his and our standards. Overall we are very pleased with MKZ Construction and would gladly hire them again for future projects or recommended to anyone requiring the services Max and his company provides.

The owner Max came to speak with us about the smoke tight project for our furnace room and one of the basement bedroom so that we can legalize our basement suite. He acts professional and cautious about his work. He did cover one of our smoke alarm electrical box, but once I spoke to him, he came back and fix quickly. He also cleans after his work.

Although Max did fast work it was quality work over speed. Did an awesome job.

We wanted to do drywall in our furnace rook for basement legalisation. Max did an amazing job and we will now be getting our garage done too. Extremely patient in explaining the job and great prices.
